Robert Peckyno (aka streamingkeys) is a Pittsburgh-based composer, multimedia artist, and synth pioneer sitting at the edge between classical discipline and electronic rebellion.  Defined by a signature delayed-piano style, streamingkeys creates expansive, cinematic soundscapes that effortlessly blur the lines between sweeping neoclassical progression, retro synth-wave, and immersive ambient design.

streamingkeys is an artist who has been in the room for everything. With a career spanning over five decades, his musical DNA is a rich tapestry of rigorous classical training, underground 80s techno, 90s alt rock, indie game music, and years spent behind the curtain of the music industry—from the recording hubs of Tennessee to the film scoring circles of Hollywood. He has hit number-one spots on early internet music charts, scored for independent games, and quietly built a massive body of work.

His recent contemplative release, Meditations on a Taxi, quietly crossed the 20,000-stream milestone on Spotify, proving an escalating global appetite for his transportive sound. Meanwhile, he can frequently be found performing spontaneous, pop-up busking sets across the city of Pittsburgh or online sets on YouTube and Twitch.

On August 1st, 2026, streamingkeys is releasing his most ambitious project to date: The Cinema Show. This record is a unique neoclassical-prog adventure themed on the movie going experience.  Split into “Light” and “Dark” sides, the album ranges from minimalist atmospheric tension to explosive orchestral crescendos, exploring the emotional magic of silver screen composition while providing a rich canvas for his usual keyboard wizardry.   “You can’t have renewal without loss, triumph without pain – it is fundamental to both cinema and life… and something uniquely human.   This record really pushed me to go beyond my boundaries and try new things.  It’s – by far – the best record I’ve made!”
